Biography

Chris Milligan’s formal education includes a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas, and MSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. His graduate and post-graduate research of membrane bioreactor (MBR) technology has been published numerous times by the Water Environment Federation (WEF. He is a licensed, professional engineer in nine USA states, and possesses extensive experience in municipal and industrial engineering projects, including ten years of professional experience in the civil and water engineering fields working with government agencies and private operators prior to joining BlueInGreen in 2012.
